Vinyasa Yoga is a more vigorous yoga class that stimulates body and mind. Each class starts with a warm-up which builds into a range of dynamic yet approachable sequences. Flow from pose to pose creating smooth transitions… move with the rhythm of the breath. Each class winds-down to a soothing closing sequence then a relaxation or meditation. There are three styles of vinyasa yoga available at Viroga:

Radiant Light Yoga with Ingrid

Blissful way to end the week. Like meditation in motion.

Fridays 6:30-7:45pm

YogaRhythms with Tina 

Fantastic way to start the day. Suitable for all levels.

Thursdays 6-7am (no class in winter - class resumes in spring)

Flowing Yoga with Renee

Suitable for beginners or those wanting to refresh their skills.

Introducing Meditation is a 4 week course that helps you to settle into meditation & establish calm - physically, mentally & emotionally. It develops an understanding of the process of meditation & the elements of a meditator. It will cover a range of topics such as: creating a calm environment; experiences of meditation; establishing a routine; anchoring hand positions; mental process within meditation; developing mindfulness; observing stillness; working with emotions in meditation; goal orientated meditation; using mantra & mala beads for directional meditation; creating deeper & longer meditations. Putting it all together creates a meditation practice that is simple, effective & easy to replicate at home.

Pregnancy Yoga is a specialized class designed to nurture expecting mothers. It involves postures, breathing and relaxations that are tailored to the needs of pregnancy. Lead by a specialized pre-natal teacher, this class helps to develop flexibility, strength, connection and is a great way to keep the mind and body “in shape” whilst preparing for the birthing process. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Supportive Birth Workshops

Suitable 24 -34 weeks of pregnancy (but beneficial anytime / first or subsequent pregnancies)

This workshop aims to empower the expecting mother and her birth partner (husband, friend, family member or doula) to remain connected with the instinctive nature of childbirth. It explores effective emotional & physical support strategies and ways to create a calm & safe environment to enhance the natural rhythm of labour. It’s an opportunity to increase feelings of trust and closeness and to optimise the whole birth experience. Discussion topics and practical skills include:
~  The birth process: a woman and baby’s natural ability 
~  Positions and movement to enhance labour

~  Massage, relaxation and breath to enhance labour
~  Natural pain relief techniques

~  What to expect at the hospital and when to go
~  Decision making tool for the unexpected

~  The significance of the first few hours of your baby’s life

Suitable from 6 weeks (natural) / 12 weeks (C-section) up until baby starts actively crawling.

Mum & Baby Yoga is a 4 week course that mum & baby do together. It is a fun and supportive yoga class where mothers are free to tend to their baby’s feeding and settling needs at any time.It includes stretching, strengthening, singing and socialising for mother and baby. It is a great way to de-stress, tone-up,nourish bub and share with other new mums. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a wrap or baby blanket and your "big bag".

Viroga Yoga Spa Sundays are a group spa experience open to all. They are a wonderful way for you to get away for a day, meet some new people… de-stress, reconnect and renew. The day begins with a relaxing Yoga Class followed by a delicious organic lunch. We then share in three delectable Spa Treatments, com pleting the day with a relaxation session including a Crystal Singing Bowl Experience.

Helpful Tips


What to Bring…
A positive attitude. All yoga mats and props are provided in the studio. Bottle of water is a good idea...but If you forget, you can buy them at the studio for $2.


What to Wear…
Comfortable clothes and a smile (jumper & socks in cooler months). No shoes required.


Where to Park...
There is plenty of on-street parking. Please avoid parking too close to driveways. Please be quiet when entering / exiting to enhance a peaceful journey for all.

How to Pay…
Cash: You can pay casual or buy passes in cash at the studio (no eftpos)

Card: You can use your card to pre-purchase passes online - just bring your receipt.
Passes can be used at any of our ongoing class.

4 class passes $55 are to be used within 6 weeks of activation

8 class passes $95 are to be used within 10 weeks of activation

Before Class...
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to sign-in and pay.
Advise the instructor of any health issues / injuries / pregnancies that may affect your participation
Shoes Off   Phones Off   Voices Down  before entering the studio

During Class...
Be kind to yourself and others (mentally, verbally and physically). If something doesn’t feel right for you, don't do it, please ask the teacher for help and they can give you a variation to do instead.
