Stretch, Tone, Breathe, Relax, Enjoy!  Each week, Hatha Yoga classes focus on a theme of wellbeing. Classes begin with breath awareness and gentle warm up; followed by a range of postures and practices designed to relieve tension, improve flexibility and nourish strength at every level; concluding with a deep relaxation or meditation. Suitable for all levels including beginners. Not suitable when pregnant.

Unwind & let-go of the stress of day-to-day living. Multilevel Yoga is a moderately active, flowing class that allows you to connect body, breath and mind in a non-competitive environment.  Multilevel Yoga emphasizes a different theme each week. A variety of levels are provided to suit the experience level of the student. A basic level of fitness is required.  Not suitable when pregnant.

Get your Prana flowing! Vinyasa Yoga is a more vigorous yoga class. It builds a range of  dynamic yet approachable yoga sequences that flow from pose to pose with the rhythm of the breath. Some yoga experience is recommended (due to the faster pace of the class). A reasonable level of fitness is required. Not suitable when pregnant.

Meditations for Peace & Happiness is a four week Meditation Course that encourages connection with the deeper self - where peace can always be found. Activities will include Mindfulness; Contemplative Meditation for deeper meaning; Mantra Meditation for directing the mind on beneficial thoughts; Concentration Skills that encourage clarity & inspiration; and Gentle relaxation activities that can help provide peace and balance. Suitable for all levels.

Embodiment Meditation sessions begin with a simple, practical mindfulness meditation. Each meditation last for around 20 minutes then time is allotted for drawing the experience. After this, time is spent in group sharing. These methods can help you deepen the connection between your mind and your body and provide insight  to help you change your relationship with stress and strain and enable you to become more spacious and compassionate towards yourself and others. Coloured crayons and pens will be provided to write and draw with at each session. Please bring a journal and a drawing pad if you have them (but we will always have drawing materials and paper if you forget).

Pre & Post Natal Yoga...

Suitable when 14 weeks pregnant or more.

Viroga Pregnancy Yoga is a specialized pre-natal yoga class designed to support women who are 14 weeks pregnant or more. It involves pregnancy-specific yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation exercises that help to develop calm, balance, strength, flexibility and nourish a deeper connection with baby. No previous yoga experience required.

Four Week Course: Wednesdays 10:45am–12:00

Course is $60 (includes mother and baby). Supporting friends or family members $10 (cash) per person / per class.

Suitable: when at least 8 weeks after vaginal birth / 12 weeks after C-section - up until baby starts Active Crawling. No previous yoga experience required.

Viroga Baby Yoga is a 4 week course that includes stretching, strengthening, singing and socialising for mother and baby. It is a great way to de-stress, tone-up, nourish bub and share with other new mums. It is a fun and supportive yoga class where mothers are free to tend to their baby’s feeding and settling needs at anytime. Additional supporting friends or family members are also welcome to come along and share the experience.

Little Lotus Yoga for Kids is an 8 week course designed to build healthy bodies, healthy minds and healthy spirits of kids 5-12 years old. It helps to create happy children in a fun and non-competitive environment incorporating story-telling, craft, music and role play with yoga poses; brings calm by promoting breathing & relaxation; fosters resilience and confidence through increasing strength, flexibility & balance in your child as he or she practices to become a lotus, a warrior, a frog or a crane.

Private Classes ...

Helpful Tips...

Bookings... Bookings are not required for ongoing classes but are essential for courses and private sessions. Course bookings close 48 hours before the start of each course (a minimum number of participants are required for the course to go ahead).

What to Bring…
A positive attitude. All yoga mats and props are provided in the studio. Bottle of water is a good idea...but If you forget, you can buy them at the studio for $2.

What to Wear…
Comfortable clothes and a smile (jumper & socks in cooler months). No shoes required.

Where to Park...
There is plenty of on-street parking. Please avoid parking too close to driveways. Please be quiet when entering / exiting to enhance a peaceful journey for all.

Before Class...
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts to sign-in and pay. Advise the instructor of any health issues / injuries / pregnancies that may affect your participation. Please: Shoes Off   Phones Off   Voices Down  before entering the studio

How to Pay…
You can only pay cash at the studio (no eftpos) or you can use your debit or credit card to purchase passes through our online shop. Just show your receipt (on paper or on your phone) as proof of online payment.

Using Passes...
Yoga Class Passes can be used at any Hatha, Multilevel, Vinyasa & Pregnancy Yoga classes. Friends & Families can share passes. Missed classes on passes are not refundable.
4 class passes $55 are to be used within 6 weeks of activation
8 class passes $95 are to be used within 10 weeks of activation

During Class...
Be kind to yourself and others (mentally, verbally and physically). If something doesn’t feel right for you, don't do it, please ask the teacher for help and they can give you a variation to do instead.
