Details: Take some time to slow down, reconnect & restore wellbeing. Balance the Yang state of  always doing” by inviting the Yinner state of “just being”. Settle into a range of floor-based postures. Mindfully adjust your outer & inner process until you sink into a tranquil state of comfort & ease. Then drift into deep relaxation with a guided Yoga Nidra. Option to stay for a cup-of-tea before returning to your day feeling relaxed & renewed…
Suitability: All levels including beginners (not suitable when pregnant).

Private Yoga Class

Details: One hour of personalised yoga tuition for 1 or 2 people held at Viroga Yoga Studio. Focus on furthering your personal practice or share the session with a friend.

Meditation Session

Details: Discover how Meditation and Mindfulness can support the natural calming systems of the body. Explore how to ‘watch the mind’ and tune into the body. Experience guided meditation practices that can help enable deep relaxation, ease tension, reduce stress, improve sleep and enhance wellbeing.
